A hold on your account

If you have been told your account is on hold, this page says what that means and what to do next. It is the same page for everybody, so there is nothing here about your account in particular, and it asks you for nothing.

What a hold is

A hold stops you signing in. That is the whole of what it does. Your account is still there, everything in it is still there, and a hold is temporary. How long this one runs is in the notice you were sent.

Nothing has been deleted

Every session you have logged is still there. So is the plan the engine wrote for you, so is your history, and so is your founding grant if you have one. A hold touches none of it.

It is all exactly as you left it, and it is all there when the hold lifts.

What to do

Reply to the notice you were sent, and say what you would like looked at. The reply reaches a person.

If you no longer have the notice, write to hello@reckoner.fit instead.

What happens next

A person reads it. There is no queue and no automatic reply: one person runs Reckoner, and that is who reads what you send.

You get an answer with a reason in it. If the hold was a mistake, it is lifted. If it stands, you are told why it stands.
